Appointment policies:


Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not issued.

If you are sick or have a fever, please text or call so we can reschedule.
(Do not enter the studio to cancel)

Clients have the option to wear a mask, but must sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the studio.

Sanitation will be top priority in the studio. I want to keep everyone healthy!!

Kids under 16 are not allowed in the studio. You will be unable to look after them, your eyes will be closed the entire time. (No exceptions on this)

If you had your lashes done by someone else, there’s an upcharge of 30.00 for foreign fills. There’s also a chance that they would need to be removed and a fresh set applied. Removal of foreign lashes has an upcharge of 35.00 in addition to full set price.

I do understand that there are times you will have an emergency or a scheduling conflict. However, please be aware of the following...


​​Please give 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 
If you have two different "No Call, No Show" situations, you will be required to pay a $25.00 deposit by phone or in cash to secure another appointment time. This will be applied to your bill if you keep your appointment.

If you miss the appointment, your deposit is non refundable. 

If you need to reschedule more than twice for the same appointment,

a $25.00 deposit will be required by phone or in cash to secure another appointment time. 

Missed appointments result in loss of deposit. 
Appointments are scheduled back to back.

If you will be more than 10 minutes late you will be required to reschedule. Please keep in mind that if you are late, it effects the next person coming in.
