Please give 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you have two different "No Call, No Show" situations, you will be required to pay a $25.00 deposit by phone or in cash to secure another appointment time. This will be applied to your bill if you keep your appointment.
If you miss the appointment, your deposit is non refundable.
If you need to reschedule more than twice for the same appointment,
a $25.00 deposit will be required by phone or in cash to secure another appointment time.
Missed appointments result in loss of deposit.
Appointments are scheduled back to back.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late you may be required to reschedule. Please keep in mind that if you are late, it effects the next person coming in. Please respect each other's time.
Referral Program Details:
When you refer 3 people you will get a free Fill.
This is for a free Fill only and will not be discounted from Full Sets.
If you need a new Full Set, the new Full Set will be at full price and the free Fill can be used during the next visit.
Loyalty Program Details:
If you get five *consecutive* Fills, your sixth Fill will be free.
If you need a new Full Set, the new Full Set will be at full price and the free Fill can be used during the next visit. If you did not yet reach the free Fill, the count will start over on the first Fill after the new Full Set.
